How to Stay Hydrated During Summer: A Simple Starter Guide

 Why Hydration Matters in Summer

In hot weather, our body loses water faster through sweat. Staying hydrated helps keep your temperature stable, supports digestion, and prevents heat exhaustion.

 Daily Water Goal

Aim for 30–35 ml of water per kilogram of body weight each day. Example: If you weigh 50 kg, drink about 1.5–1.7 liters. Increase your intake if you work outdoors or exercise.
